Intro to Straps with Aidin Ralfe

Come and get started out on straps! Like trapeze, with no bar - like tissu, without needing to hold on.

Aidin will get you upside down and moving through the foundations of straps technique, but that doesn't mean it's all conditioning .

We'll spin, roll, flip and play -  straps is fun, and I like to keep it that way!

Open to students who are comfortable inverting (from the ground is fine).

This 2 hour workshop is suitable for ages 15+.

About the Instructor: 

Aidin Ralfe is a Wellington-based circus artist and coach, and has been teaching at the Circus Hub since 2018. After completing a degree in theatre, he finished another in circus and hasn't looked back since. Aidin primarily performs aerial straps, both solo and duo, as well as group acro, handstands and magic. 

He teaches straps, hand balance, general aerial technique, adagio, and creative development and character work.
