About This Event:
Work on handstands and balances in this 90 minute workshop with visiting instructor, Vaughan Thompson!
Open to all levels, this workshop will cater to a mixture of levels from absolute beginners to those comfortable balancing in a handstand.
Price: $50 for this workshop alone, OR $80 in combination with the Mobility for Handstands workshop (5:30-7pm, Sunday 20th.)
Suitable for ages 16+ (see the Youth Handstands workshop for kids and teens!)
