Work on handstands and balances in this 90 minute workshop with visiting instructor, Vaughan Thompson!

Open to all levels, this workshop will cater to a mixture of levels from absolute beginners to those comfortable balancing in a handstand.

• Price: $50 for this workshop alone, OR $80 in combination with the Mobility for Handstands workshop (5:30-7pm, Sunday 20th.)

About Vaughan:

Vaughan is a handstand, flexibility and bodyweight strength coach who has taught what he loves to people all over the world.

Teaching out of Perth, Western Australia, Vaughan himself has been training in gyms for more than 10 years with the last 5 years focused on movement, gymnastics and circus style training. This lead to a career of teaching the things he has practiced to students everywhere.

He has taught in multiple cities in Australia as well as countries like Indonesia, Philippines and Vietnam. Along with coaching he has also performed in multiple cities in Australia where his handstands, acrobatics and aerial abilities were put on stage for people to see.
