About Regina:

Regina is a neuroscientist-turned-circus artist, performer, and teacher, specialising in contortion and handbalance. She is trained in a variety of circus disciplines and styles and spent years perfecting her craft with help from master coaches around the world. Regina’s own circus experience, as well as her formal education and independent learning in anatomy, physiology, and flexibility, have made her the well-rounded and passionate educator she is today. Regina believes that we can always learn more and loves exploring the connection between the body and mind to help people access new ways of moving and reach their training goals.

NOTE: Our regularly scheduled Adult Intermediate Contortion class (6:30-7:30p.m.) will act as a warm-up for this workshop. This class will be open to all workshop students to attend at a discounted casual class rate of $20, to ensure everyone is fully warmed up and ready for the workshop.

Price: $45 for current int. contortion students.

$65 for workshop + int. contortion class as warmup. (6:30 - 8:30)

Prerequisites: 

Comfortable with most basic contortion shapes such as bridges and elbowstands.

Open to adults and teens 15+.
