General Notes:
- Performance Troupe is by invitation only, not currently accepting new students.
Youth Class Notes:
- New Youth Flex class taught by Maddi on Thursday afternoons.
- New Youth Aerial Doubles Class taught by Amanda on Saturday afternoons.
- Sibling discounts can be applied for families, they work the same as multi-class discounts.
Adult Class Notes:
- Intro Aerials runs in two 5-week blocks, at $90 for 5 weeks! (1 class per week)
- Open Acro on Thursday is an open training supervised by Caitlin, lines are not available.
- Hula Hoops with Emma has moved to Mondays
- Adult Classes are now open to ages 16yr and up
Youth Classes
Develop the foundations of Bar (Trapeze, Lyra) and Fabric (Silks, Hammock, & Rope) in a fun and safe environment. Zero experience required - begin your aerial journey here and develop strength, flexibility, and confidence along the way! Run in 2 5-week blocks, join for a whole term to experience all aerials, or try a half term to focus on one apparatus type. Weeks 1-5: Fabrics on Wednesday, Bars on Sunday. Weeks 6-10: Bars on Wednesday, Fabrics on Saturday. | Experience everything circus in this fun and diverse class for all levels. Suitable for everyone seeking variety in their weekly routine. | Learn how to touch your toes forwards, backwards, and sideways! Learn how to activate your muscles to support and stretch for splits, backbends, and full-body flexibility training in a safe and structured class. Flexibility Foundations & Intermediate Contortion available this term. |

Who wants to lift weights when you could lift humans? Learn partner and group acrobatics, while gaining strength and physical confidence. No partner required! Beginner, Intermediate, & Advanced Levels | Beginner Fabrics! Continue your aerial journey with silks, hammock, and rope. Prerequisite: Intro Aerials or similar experience. | Weave your body and the fabric into artwork while building strength to climb to new heights! Try it in Intro Aerials, and continue through our Beginner and Intermediate classes. |
Strike shapes while spinning and swinging though the air and around the aerial hoop. Join our mixed-level Friday class after you've tried it out in Intro Aerials! | Traditional aerials at its best! Combining the bar work of lyra with the rope work of fabrics, trapeze offers it all. Try it in Intro Aerials, and continue in Beginner Trapeze! | A wonderful aerial apparatus for all levels. Pose, roll, and drop within the beautiful fabric of our aerial hammocks. Try out hammock in Intro Aerials, then continue in Beginner Fabrics! |
Climb, drop, roll, and flow on this beautifully minimalist aerial apparatus. Try it in Intro Aerials, and continue through our Beginner Fabrics and Intermediate Rope classes. | Practise your juggling skills and learn from each other in this term's Juggling Jams. Work with clubs, balls, cigar boxes, rings, and more! Open to Teens and Adults with some juggling experience. | Running as workshops this term. Learn hula hoop tricks and transitions, as well as how to find your own flow with the hoop. This is a mixed level class for beginners and beyond. |
Not available this term. Improve mobility, strength, and stability by developing your active flexibility, muscle engagement, and coordination. With a focus on injury prevention through technique, it's perfect for anyone wanting to prehab for circus, aerials, and life. | Running as workshops this term. Learn the art of balance, while strengthening your wrists, shoulders, and core with full body conditioning. Suitable for all levels of experience. |
