Bar Classes (Lyra & Trapeze)

Holiday Bar: Lyra(Hoop) and Trapeze Classes Beginner + (must be able to confidently mount the apparatus and be familiar with foundation skills) Weeks 1-3 Wednesday 8-9.30pm - Mixed Lyra & Trapeze These classes will cover skills on both Lrya and Trapeze, many of which or interchangeable. An ideal class for those with some experience in either Lyra or Trapeze, who are looking to experiment with an other apparatus. If you have no interest in cross training and would like to focus on Lyra or Trapeze you are still very welcome to attend! Week 4 Monday 5.30-6.30pm - Mixed Trapeze A class focusing on trapeze skills. Ideal taster class for anyone considering trying out Trapeze in Term 1. Wednesday 8-9.00pm - Mixed Lyra Lyra focused class. These holiday's we have a mix of 60 and 90 min long classes. 60 min classes are $25 each, 90 min classes are $35 each A discount is available for booking multiple (3+) classes
