Intro to Aerials - Adult 16+

Intro to Aerials 16+ year olds No fitness experience required!

Explore the world of aerials in these Intro classes. In these holiday classes students will learn some simple but impressive poses along side some foundational skills on the appartus. Aerials are a great choice for adults looking for a creative and fun way of getting active! These holiday's we are offering a range on Intro classes. In weeks 1-3 the classes will cover 2+ apparatus per session. Mondays 6pm - Intro to Fabrics introduces students to Silks and Hammock 7pm - Intro to Bar introduces students to Lyra and Trapeze Thursday 8pm- Intro to Aerials gives the opprotunity to explore them all in a longer 90 min class In week 4 there are apparatus specific classes Monday 6.30pm - Intro to Trapeze Thursday 5.30pm - Intro to Silks 6.30pm - Intro to Hammock If you are interested in trying aerials but don't see a time that suits you please let us know!
