Explore how to activate your muscles to support and stretch for splits, backbends, and full-body flexibility training in a safe and structured class.

Handstands
Practise the art of handstands, build strength and explore invert variations.
This class doubles as a great conditioning class for anyone wanting something a bit less boring than the gym!

Hula Hoops
Learn hula hoop tricks and transitions, and find your own flow with the hoop!
This is a mixed level class for beginners and beyond.

Beginner Acro
Acro explores Circus style people stacking. In Beginner you will learn how to stand on shoulders and shouldstand on hands. Exploring a range of standing and grounded basing positions.
While this class is a favourite for couples you are very welcome to attend solo.
