Run in 5 week blocks focusing on either Fabrics (Silks, Hammock, Rope) or Bar (Trapeze & Lyra) Intro Aerials is your first step to flying in the sky.

Flexibility Foundations
Improve your flexibility for circus and for life.
Learn how to touch your toes forwards, backwards, and sideways! With splits, backbends, and total body flexibility training in a safe and structured class.

Acro
Why lift weights when you can lift people?
Also known as Partner Acro or Adagio. Acro is the Circus version of Acro Yoga.
Learn L basing, 2 (or more) highs, lifts, and all manner of people stacking.
Each level builds the stregth and foundations needed to create even higher structures and lifts in the next.
Prerequisites
Beginner - none but clear shirts are appreciated!
Intermediate - 2 highs, Candle Stick, Foot to Hand, Handstands recommended for flyers

Hammock
A fabric loop; part silks and part trapeze
Learn to wrap, roll, and drop in our colourful hammocks. Hammock is a great option for those who like the idea of silks but aren't so keen on the climbing.

Intro to Fabrics - none!
Beginner Fabrics - Grounded invert, harness lunge, hip hang to sitting

Lyra
I came in like a wrecking ball!!
Lyra (also known as aerial hoop) is a steel ring used to create striking shapes, great for those who love the idea of spinning and swinging though the air.
Our Beginner classes grow your skill library and teachs you how to sequence moves together.
While Intermediate class takes your stregth and daring to a new level introducing dynamic rolls, drops, and tricks.

The oldest aerial, there are many styles of trapeze and we have classes for most of them (sadly no flying trapeze).
Our Beginner class grows your skill library of traditional trapeze and teachs you how to sequence moves together.
Dance encourages you to explore silky smooth sequences. Intermediate takes your stregth and daring to a new level introducing dynamic drops and tricks.
