Try out our adult classes in week one of Term E, for beginners and beyond!

Circus classes are the perfect way to have fun while being active, improve your flexibility and strength, meet new people, and build self-confidence.


Please note: This is a special opportunity just for those coming to Circotica for the first time OR for current members trying a new class. It cannot be used in lieu of a concession booking or casual class.


Pricing: $10 per 1 hour class

($15 for 1.5hr Intermediate Silks)

If you decide you want to join for the rest of the term after the class, the give-it-a-go class fee will go towards your term payment.

No experience required:

Work on touching your toes forwards, backwards, and sideways! 
Explore how to activate your muscles to support and stretch for splits, backbends, and full-body flexibility training in a safe and structured class.

Open to all levels, whether you want to touch your toes, hold a bridge, or touch down in your middle split.

Flexibility Foundations
7pm Tuesday

Trapeze
6pm Monday

Traditional aerials at its best! Combining the bar work of lyra with the rope work of fabrics, trapeze offers it all.

Prerequisite: Ability to hang from one arm for a few seconds, prior trapeze experience.

Beginner Fabrics
7pm Wednesday

Continue your silks and hammock journey from Intro Aerials. Work on both silks and hammock to build strength and flow in the fabrics!

Prerequisites: Hip key (ideally in the air - any entry), single and double foot knots, catchers hang, cross-back.

Lyra
6pm Friday

Strike shapes while flowing though the air and around the aerial hoop in this mixed level lyra class.

Prerequisite: Previous lyra experience, able to mount the lyra.

Intermediate Silks
7 - 8:30pm Monday

Continue your silks journey with intermediate sequences, wraps, and drops!
$15 for this 90-minute class

Prerequisite: Controlled roll/windmill, clean aerial inverts and hiplocks, catchers climb.

Intermediate Rope
6:30pm Thursday

Climb, drop, roll, and flow on this beautifully minimalist aerial apparatus.

Prerequisite: Comfortable with aerial hip-keys and aerial inverts.

Dance Trapeze
7pm Tuesday

Spin your way into Dance Trapeze with Josh this term! Work to harness your own force and find your own style as you fly through sequences and transitions on a single-point trapeze.

Prerequisite: Comfortable inverting on bar apparatus.

Intermediate Acro
7:30pm Thursday

Continue on your acro journey with Freya!

Prerequisites:
- 2-high (no spotter)
- Candlestick (no spotter)
- Ability to link 3 partner acro moves
- Starfish
- Foot-to-hand, short arm (on ground)
- Shoulderstand on feet (no spotter)
