About This Event:
Beginner Acro Suitable for new and Beginner level students. Work on foundation skills like Flags, candle sticks, Foot to Hand, and static 2 Highs Wednesdays 7-8pm
Acro Play Suitable for experienced practitioners* of acro, dance lifts, and acro-yoga. Come hang out and be inspired by other acro humans! Weeks 1-3 Thursdays 6-7pm 3 Highs with Freya! Suitable for those with confident walking 2 highs. * We will be utilising our lines to work towards 3 high stacks. Week 3 Thursday 7-8.30pm *evidence of ability required to confirm your booking 60 min classes are $25 each, 90 min classes are $35 each A discount is available for booking multiple (3+) classes
